As a female single parent it's often quite intimidating and nerve-wracking to try find a reliable builder/workman that is trustworthy and genuine. Jim was so lovely from the minute he answered his phone. He talked me though the best options, and you could tell he was genuinely trying to do the best for me. His prices are really fair. He's just an all round top bloke. I was really happy with his work. His time keeping was brilliant he fitted me in really quickly and got the job done in a great time. He worked around me and my work hours too. Highly recommend. Cannot fault the service at all! Thank you so much Jim!

The initial meeting with Jim was extremely pleasant he came across very polite and had lots of knowledge about flow screed. 

We accepted his quote and booked in a start date. He arrived prompt and keen to get started.
After he was set up he explained what he had done and what the next step was, the lorry arrived and he got to work laying our floor.  Within a few hours it was done and levelled all mess cleared up and he left the place cleaner that when he arrived.  Overall highly recommended and I cannot fault Jim from beginning to end, an absolute pleasure to deal with and the floor is perfect, it seems a shame to cover it.

Jim delivered everything he said with no drama.  Yes a bit more costly but surface will take tiles with no additional work required.  The area has underfloor added to the new kitchen area. Many thanks Jim.

What can I say - turned up on time, did an amazing job. When the floorer arrived to organise the oak flooring he said it was the best prepared surface he'd seen in years. And Jim was cheaper than alternative quotes that I'd procured. Would not hesitate to recommend Jim. Thank you!

Pleasure to work with and extremely professional. Jim was able to do my floor within 24 hours of my request and he gave me multiple options to suit my budget. His passion for this type of work is evident and he takes pride in not only the quality of his work but also the aftercare and clean up too. The house was left spotless and after cleaning up his tools etc, you would never have known he'd been there other than my beautiful new floor. Would highly recommend JC Screeds. You won't find a more honest and hard working guy. Many cowboys out there and Jim is anything but. Legend!

Excellent service all around. Extremely thorough preparation was carried out ensuring that all details were being considered. The work and the finish was pristine and lots of care was taken with cleaning up any spots on driveway etc. Brilliant communication throughout the process and Jim is a friendly guy and had a very professional approach throughout.

Really didn't want to get this stage wrong so I was very relieved that we went  through this company. Thoroughly recommend.

From the start to the finish Jim and his team were professional, courteous and reliable. Nothing was too much trouble and he catered for everything we required. Not the cheapest but the service and end result far outweighed our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends. If you need a screeder then I think you would have to go a long way to beat them.

After a builder let us down with our job nearly complete, we got in touch with a few companies to help us out.  JC Flow Screeds were quick to respond with a fair price and did what they said they were going to do and ON TIME.  It sounds simple but not all companies manage to do this. I would thoroughly recommend JC  Flow Screeds.
